1. Summary
We collect what is needed to run interviews and show results to the employer who posted the job. We do not sell personal data and do not use interview answers to advertise to anyone.
2. What we collect
Employers: email, company name, a password stored only as a salted hash, and the jobs you create.
Applicants: the name and phone or messenger contact you enter, your answers as text, the interview language, the time of the interview, and the score and summary produced from your answers.
Voice: if you answer by voice, your browser turns speech into text on your device or through your browser maker's speech service (for example Google in Chrome). We receive only the text, never audio.
Technical data: basic server logs such as IP address and browser type, kept for security for up to 30 days. We use one cookie to keep employers logged in and one to remember the site language. No advertising or tracking cookies.
3. Why we use it
To run the interview, to show the employer your answers and summary, to keep the service secure, and to answer your requests. The legal basis is performing the service you asked for and, for applicants, your consent given before the interview.
4. AI processing
Questions, follow-ups, scores and summaries are produced by large language models from Anthropic, accessed through Perplexity's API. Your answers are sent to them only to produce these results. Under their terms they do not use this data to train models. The AI does not make hiring decisions. A person at the employer does.
5. Who sees it
Only the employer who posted the job sees an applicant's answers and contact. Our service providers process data on our behalf: Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), Perplexity and Anthropic (AI processing). Data may be processed in the United States and other countries where these providers operate.
6. How long we keep it
Applicant data is kept for 12 months after the interview and then deleted, unless the applicant or employer deletes it earlier. Employer accounts are kept until you ask us to delete them.
7. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Applicants can delete their own answers from the interview page. For anything else, use the contact page and choose My data. Residents of California and the European Economic Area have these rights under the CCPA and GDPR, and we honor them for everyone. We reply within 30 days.
8. Children
The service is for people aged 16 and older. Employers must follow local rules for hiring minors.
9. Security
Data is encrypted in transit, stored in a database that is not publicly readable, and accessed only by the server. Employer boards require a login.
10. Changes and contact
We will post changes here and update the date. Questions and requests: the contact page.
